City council member Noel Gallo comments on a recent incident that happened between the Oakland Police Department and bystanders watching a sideshow. If you watch the video it looks like the cop car hits the guy on foot and almost runs him over! We're not sure what actually happened and if the guy is okay but the scenario is said to be under investigation.
