Is this what BART is doing now? The police were called to a Pleasant Hill BART train station to arrest a man who was eating a sandwich. I mean we understand there are certain rules but arresting his for this was extremely excessive in my opinion.. He wasn't even on the actual train he was on the BART ramp... What do you think?
