Police have arrested the man who was accused of stealing a firefighters wallet out of his vehicle while battling the CZU Lightning Complex Fire in Santa Cruz! According to NBCBayArea News, the suspect drained the firefighter's bank account and also went on a shopping spree to Safeway!
