Selena Gomez is really blossoming and she’s shining her light on a scar that before she would’ve hidden from the world. Gomez showed off the scar as she modeled a swimsuit.
"When I got my kidney transplant, I remember it being very difficult at first showing my scar. I didn’t want it to be in photos, so I wore things that would cover it up. Now, more than ever, I feel confident in who I am and what I went through,”Selena captioned the photo.
Selena had a kidney transplant back in 2017 and had given up hope for finding a donor when her best friend, Francia Raisa, insisted that she give her hers.
