Someone made an Instagram page solely to snitch on parties that are going on at Santa Clara University and it caught a big party last weekend! This pic shows that there were at least 75 people in attendance to this day frat party that went down Jan 23rd.The party was allegedly to attract prospective "rushees" to California Phi which is a fraternity at SCU.
