Grand Canyon basketball standout Oscar Frayer tragically passed away in a car accident early last Tuesday morning. He was only 23 years old. His older sister, Andrea Moore, and a third person in their vehicle were also killed in the crash. Oscar was also a stand out star at Moreau Catholic High School in Hayward.
