A patient said he was recording his post op instructions on his phone. He claimed he forgot to turn it off before he was put under anesthesia. His phone recorded the anesthesiologist revealing rude and shocking information. A judge ordered the anesthesiologist and the practice to pay the patient $500,000 in damages.
