If you've been on TikTok, you've most likely have come across people saying the phrase "very demure."
It seems to have started with TikToker Jools Lebron (@joolieannie) when they started sharing a series of videos on how to appear "very demure" and "very mindful." Now according to Merriam-Webster Dictionary, it defines demure as "reserved, modest or serious."
Now Jools has been using the term on TikTok on various topics such as how to look presentable at work or even how to show up early at the airport when going on vacation.
