A Hockey Puck Knocks Out the Tooth of a San Jose Sharks Player During a Game!

Logan Couture won't be ready for a close up anytime soon.  In a grisly-looking injury, the Sharks center got hit directly in the mouth with a puck in Saturday's game against the Predators. Couture immediately dropped his gloves and skated directly into the locker room. He didn't return.Hopefully, someone picked up the tooth he left behind on the ice. Slow motion video (above) shows a tooth of the 27-year old star flying out upon impact.The injury happened late in the second period when the Sharks' Brent Burns hit a shot that was deflected and made a beeline for Couture's face.Couture was taken to a Nashville hospital after the injury but when he returns to the ice remains unknown. The Sharks meanwhile got crushed by the Predators 7-2, their sixth straight loss.
