Ariana Grande Responds After Fatal Bombing at Her Concert in Manchester

Following an apparent suicide bombing after an Ariana Grande concert at Manchester Arena in England, the singer took to Twitter to convey her thoughts, but she seems to be at a loss for words (and rightfully so). In a tweet, she said that she is "broken." and "from the bottom of my heart, i am so so sorry."

So far, police have confirmed at least 19 fatalities and more than 50 other injuries as a result of the attack. Our thoughts and prayers are with all those affected.

There's no word yet on if Ariana will continue with her other tour dates in Europe.
