This SF family lived in their RV until it got towed

The city really needs to have a heart and help this family out. They have been staying in SF for 5 months and living out of their RV. I guess they have accumulated a stack of parking tickets but when the RV was seized everything they owned was in that RV. Now, they literally are on the streets and have nowhere to go. They have an 8 month old son and I think in these circumstances where lives are in danger here action needs to be taken here. Do you agree that they deserved to have their RV taken? Or, do you feel based off the situation they should have the fees waived and be given the RV back?
