Hey Violet has been trying to find their sound, and it looks like they've finally landed on it. The edgy indie pop-rock band's new single "Hoodie" is an emotional teen anthem about a seemingly inconspicuous outerwear item. But anyone who knows teen heartbreak can identify with being attached to an ex's left-behind piece of clothing. Its musical style seems reminiscent of Halsey's early work, so we'll see if they follow suit on her rise in popularity.
