Could this really be the new engagement ring?

posted by julian -

A new trend is happening with Millennials and engagement rings. Women are now getting diamonds embedded in their fingers instead of a traditional ring.

The 10 minute procedure is done by cutting a small patch of skin, then anchoring the diamond into the finger. Dermatologist Dr. Monica warns people that before they decide to embed a diamond in their finger they should consider the risks, “There are a lot of important structures that sit right under the skin there that can easily be damaged, like tendons.” If you think your ready to try the trend, it’ll cost $100 and about 20 weeks for your finger to heal.

I definitely would love to know what you think. Would you embed a diamond into your finger instead of getting the 'traditional' engagement ring? Do you know anyone that's done this? More details here.

A piercing idea for me and my girlfriend instead of the basic ring idea for an engagement that we're getting in a few weeks. #love #guyswithpiercings #guyswithtattoos #guyswithplugs #guyswithgauges #girlswithtattoos #dermal #piercings #engagement #engagementpiercing #engagementring #implants #metal #lasvegas #alternative #crazy #pain #fiance #futurewife #creaturesofthenight #inlove
