Taylor Swift Has a Message About Gun Reform

Taylor Swift doesn’t speak much on political issues so it was a surprise when Swift posted her support of the March For Our Lives protest that takes place today in Washington, D.C, and across the nation.

Swift posted the March For Our Lives Logo on her Instagram along with a caption of support of the Parkland High School Students and the announcement of her contribution to the organization that is trying to push for gun reform. Taylor captioned her post with “No one should have to go to school in fear of gun violence. Or to a nightclub. Or to a concert. Or to a movie theater.” she continued saying “I’m so moved by the Parkland High School students, faculty, by all families and friends of victims who have spoken out, trying to prevent this from happening again.”

Social media is buzzin with all sorts of opinions on her statement. What are your thoughts on Taylor's stance? In my mind she's just like anyone else and is exercising her right to free speech. More of the story here.
