A new study says eating dark chocolate helps to reduce stress in humans. The study looked at "the impact of large amounts of cacao in doses as small as a regular sized chocolate bar." The cacao in the chocolate contains flavonoids which has an anti-inflammatory effect on the body.
The dark chocolate you eat must have a cacao percentage of at least 70 percent to be effective. If you eat this kind of dark chocolate regularly, it can help with stress relief as well as improving your memory and boosting your immune system.
This sounds GOOD to me LOL! I love dark chocolate anyway so this won't be a problem at all. Do you have a favorite brand of dark chocolate? I dig Ghirardelli and Hershey's myself.
