If you were looking forward to seeing Childish Gambino at either of his shows here in the Bay in the coming days, you'll have to wait a little bit longer. The singer reportedly injured his foot, possibly an aggravation of an existing injury, at his September 23rd show at American Airlines Center in Dallas, TX.
His September 27th show at Oracle Arena in Oakland and October 2nd show at SAP Center in San Jose have been postponed until December, per an official statement from LiveNation:
Under doctors’ orders, Childish Gambino has postponed his remaining “This Is America Tour” dates until later this year due to an injury. Tickets will be honored for the newly rescheduled dates December 11 at Oracle Arena in Oakland and December 12 at SAP Center at San Jose.
So hang onto your tickets and try to contain your hype a little bit longer, so Donald can come back and perform at his peak.
