Bay Area native, Hitha, started singing Indian Classical music when she was just 4 years old. Shortly afterwards, she became more and more interested in pop music.
"It gave me a good foundation and it helped me control my voice." Inspired by Emma Watson and Taylor Swift, Hitha admires how they started very young and still have a dominant presence in the entertainment industry. Hitha is also interested in collaborating with Marshmello, Camila Cabello, Shawn Mendes, and other artists that are interested in creating their own sound. Overall, she would like her fans to walk away feeling inspired by her music.
"I write a lot of my songs based on everyday issues and I want them to feel like getting up and doing something about their lives." In 2019, Hitha will be dropping new music and more. Can't wait to see where her music takes her!
