Shawn Mendes has reached the pinnacle in his pop superstardom where he's been transformed into a doll and let's just say the figurine is "super weird."
On Wednesday (September 25), the Canadian heartthrob took to Instagram to share photos of him and the small doll, which includes everything from his signature bangs, guitar and even his butterfly tattoo on his arm. "Guys they made miniature me dolls!!! Super weird!!!" the 21-year-old star captioned the series of photos. At time of press, the post had received love from Benny Blanco, Jake Miller and more.
In related news, Mendes was recently questioned by a paparazzo at LAX airport as to whether or not his romance with Camila Cabello was just for PR and his response couldn't have been anymore direct. "We’re definitely not a publicity stunt," he replied. As much as we've seen him on PDA-filled dates with the singer, it seems as if he's also working on new music, too, as a new track called "Unattainable," which has been co-written with Julia Michaels and Scott Harris, has been registered with the BMI Repertoire - a public, online database of songs for arranging music rights. The latter previously worked on Mendes hits, "Youth," "In My Blood" and "Lost In Japan."
