Theresa Guidice Gave Lori Loughlin Advice For Prison

Teresa Guidice has some words of wisdom for Lori Loughlin. As the Fuller House actress prepares for her court battle in the ongoing college admissions scandal, Guidice offered advice to Loughlin on how to handle a potential prison sentence. Back in 2014, Guidice and her husband, Joe Guidice, were both sentenced 15 months in jail after pleading guilty to multiple charges of fraud. Loughlin, however, faces a much longer sentence if she's found guilty.

"I'm sure she'll make it through," Guidice told Entertainment Tonight during a recent interview. "I feel women are strong. We have babies, we do it all. I'm sure whatever outcome it is, I'm sure she'll be fine with it."

"Her daughters are older… You know, she did it for her daughters and, I mean, her daughters are grateful for what she did," she continued. "She was just looking out for her daughters and trying to get them into a good school. But I guess that's it, just be open with them, and whatever the outcome is, it is. You have to deal with it and move forward."

Though Guidice believes Loughlin will "be fine" with a potential 50 year prison sentence, the actress is reportedly growing more concerned by the day. “The only hope is that she is acquitted or if she is convicted, the judge will realize the government has been completely overzealous and gives her a very light prison sentence,” an insider revealed. “The prosecution added [an] additional charge because the government realized their case was weak. The charge could have been filed with the others back in the spring.”

Loughlin's next court appearance will be on January 17, 2020.
