Watch Billie Eilish's Moody, Melancholic 'No Time To Die' Music Video

Billie Eilish’s music video for β€œNo Time To Die” is finally here!

Nearly eight months after releasing the James Bond theme song, the pop star officially premiered the long-awaited visual for the track on Thursday (October 1). β€œNo Time To Die,” titled after the 25th Bond flick of the same name, was co-written by Eilish and her brotherΒ Finneas, who also produced the song.

The 18-year-old, the youngest musician to ever record atheme song for the spy thriller franchise, accompanied the moody production with a black-and-white visual, which finds the teen star performing alone at a microphone beneath a dim spotlight. The 4-minute music video also pans in and out with several intense and action-packed scenes from the upcoming movie, which stars Daniel Craig in the titular role.

β€œI should have known/ I’d leave alone/ Just goes to show/ That the blood you bleed is just the blood you owe,” Elish sings on the emotional piano melody. β€œYou were never on my side/ Fool me once, fool me twice/ Are you death or paradise?/ Now you’ll never see me cry/ There’s just no time to die.”

For the brother-sister duo, recording the Bond theme song was a dream come true. β€œIt feels crazy to be a part of this in every way,” the singer-songwriter toldΒ Variety. β€œTo be able to score the theme song to a film that is part of such a legendary series is a huge honor.Β James BondΒ is the coolest film franchise ever to exist. I’m still in shock.”

Eilish’s Bond theme song follows some pretty powerhouse predecessors, includingΒ AdeleΒ (β€œSkyfall”),Β Sam Smith (β€œWriting’s On The Wall”), andΒ Paul McCartneyΒ (β€œLive and Let Die”).
