Cottonelle Flushable Wipes Recalled For Having Bacteria Causing Infections

Cottonelle flushable wipes are now being recalled in the U.S, Canada, and the Caribbean after finding bacteria that can cause infections. Wipes manufactured between February 7, 2020 and September 14, 2020 are on the list for recalls.

The company put out a statement saying,

Individuals who have weakened immune system, suffer from serious pre-existing conditions, have been treated surgically, or belong to another sensitive group of persons are at particular risk of infection.

Customers can see if a product they have is recalled by looking for the specific lot number on the bottom of the package and checking it on the companies website.
