Theme Park Sues Taylor Swift For Trademark Infringement

Taylor Swift is being sued for a trademark infringement by a business that shares the name of her recent album, "Evermore".

The business, Evermore Park, is a fantasy park located in Pleasant Grove, Utah.

The owner filed a lawsuit stating that the singer borrowed from its own marketing efforts and says that Swift created "actual confusion" by naming her album the same name as the park. The owner also stated that she drowned out the park's online presence.

The lawsuit indicates the park is asking for $2 million in damages for each type of merchandise that imitates the park's look and products.

What do you think of the lawsuit? Do you think Evermore Park will actually be awarded compensation?
