Levi's Stadium will be opening Tuesday, February 9, for people to get the COVID-19 vaccine. This will be the largest vaccination site in the state of California, vaccinating about 5,000 people a day and will increase to 15,000 people a day once more vaccines are available.
49ers President Al Guido said in a statement,
We have brought every resource at our disposal to bear on this challenge to ensure members of the community we live in each and every day can be vaccinated safely and quickly.
