Billie Eilish has been granted a restraining order against John Hearle.
Hearle has been accused of harassing her outside her L.A. home.
The man has been camping out in a school near the singer's home. He has also been sending her threatening messages.
In one, he said, "You can’t get what you want, unless what you want is to die for me. You will know that soon the water will rise, and you might very well die…You will die."
LAPD is currently investigating the matter, and Hearle is required to stay at least 200 feet away.
