Alameda and Santa Cruz Counties Moving To The Orange Tier

Alameda and Santa Cruz counties are now moving into the state's orange tier. This is going to allow indoor dining at up to 50% capacity and also allow bars to open outdoors.

Along with these two counties, the Bay Area now has six counties in the orange tier. Napa, Sonoma, Solano and Contra Costa counties are still in the red tier.
