This Evangelical radio host and financial advisor, Dave Ramsey, recently fired 12 of his employees for finding out they were having premarital or extramarital sex. One of them, Caitlin O-Connor has officially filed a federal lawsuit against his consulting company after she got pregnant by her boyfriend who she was not married to at the time.
