A cafe in Mendocino announced that they will be charging an extra $5 fee for customers wearing a mask. The money will reportedly be donated to charity.
The cafe owner is definitely not a fan of the mask mandate. According to KTVU:
"... His decision to ignore Mendocino County's mask rules has led to $10,000 in penalties. The cafe owner said that he has not paid the fines and has issued an appeal with the county instead."
