June 1st is the start of Pride Month, San Francisco will be displaying a pink triangle on Twin Peaks after a pink torch procession on the Bay Bridge. The torch procession will start at Oakland City Hall with Mayor Libby Schaaf joined by the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence and Dykes on Bikes. More than 30 torchbearers will go around Lake Merritt and make their way across the Bay Bridge to the San Francisco Ferry Building. The pink torch will be escorted by Dykes on Bikes to Twin Peaks in San Francisco where Mayor London Breed will hold the pink triangle lighting ceremony.
