Union City Police officers were called by a security guard after a burglary and shooting took place at a warehouse on Zwissig Way in Union City. Eight males exited a warehouse carrying garbage bags and shot at the security guard. Fortunately, the security guard was not injured. When officers checked the inside of the warehouse they discovered a large illegal marijuana grow. Union City Police Department detectives seized more than 5,600 marijuana plants with an estimated value between $7M to $11 million dollars.
