San Jose City Council will be voting on whether to ban flavored tobacco in the city. City health officials say this has been affecting teenagers introducing them to flavored tobacco products.

If passed, the city will give retailers six months to get the products off their shelves. The city of San Jose will also be voting on not allowing new smoke shops withing 1,000 feet of schools and parks.
