•HallOVeen at the Magical Forest:Before it becomes a winter wonderland, Opportunity Village's holiday attraction gets spooky. •Horrorwood Video at Majestic Repertory Theatre:This interactive haunt takes you to a retro video store that rents out horror flicks on VHS. But beware, you might get pulled into the movie itself.$20, October 18-19, October 24-26, October 30-November 2, 1217 S. Main St.
•Las Vegas HauntsTwo haunted houses offer scares at a normally mild-mannered shopping mall: Asylum and Hotel Fear. For an extra fright, go on October 3, 6, 10 or 20 for the Blackout experience and travel through the Asylum with only the light of a glowstick.$17-$27. •Freakling Bros.' Trilogy of Terror:This Vegas-born haunt is back for its 27th year. Three free-standing haunted houses offer three unique experiences: the witchy Coven of 13, the R-rated Gates of Hell and the bloody Castle Vampyre. Rides
Halloween Town Pumpkin Patch features more than 30 rides, games, and attractions. The rides are geared for children 2 – 11 years old and are genuinely vintage rides from the 1950s. Halloween Town also has bounce houses, giant slides, pumpkin decorating, food and of course, a HUGE variety of pumpkins.
Gilcrease Orchard
Located at 7800 N Tenaya Way, Las Vegas, NV 89131, Gilcrease Orchard is open for fall hours on Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays from 7am-2pm.

What to Expect at Gilcrease Orchard
- Gilcrease Orchard is a u-pick orchard. Though they may have produce available at the registers, count on picking your own.
- Use the parking lot on the south side of the street. Do not park in the right of way.
- Be prepared to walk. A lot. You might even get dirty.
- Bring plenty of water and sun protection that you can take with you into the orchard.
- Leave your pets at home. For food safety reasons, pets are not allowed in the orchard.
- With the exception of mobility scooters, motorized vehicles are not permitted in the orchard. Wheel chairs and most motorized scooters due okay on the paths. Please be advised that there are various types of terrain throughout the orchard
- Using a stroller? See above.
- Bring your own bags to carry your produce.
- Don’t skip the apple cider and donuts.
Moapa Valley Corn Maze
Moapa Valley Corn Maze is about one hour fro Las Vegas, straight up I-15. Admission to the corn maze is $12 and includes day maze, night maze (not haunted), hay maze, pig races, pedal carts, cow train, farm swing, Nevada’s tallest swing set, giant Jenga, corn pit and playground, hay slides, teeter totter, petting zoo, pumpkin checkers, corn toss and a zip line.More details on pricing can be found here.
What to Expect:
- This is a farm. There are bees. Without bees there would be no pumpkins or corn. If you are allergic please bring an epi pen, avoid bright-colored clothing. Don’t swat the bees. There are no bees at night.
- Bring sun protection, especially the beginning of October.
- Bring water.
- Bring cash to avoid even longer entry lines. There are credit card machines but they can be very slow at times. Cash is quick.
- Strollers work well on most of the farm.
- There are concessions, but they sometimes come with a long wait. We normally pack a cooler for our ever-starving children.
- You’ll get dirty. Pack baby wipes.
