FedEx will be preparing for the holiday season by hiring up to 70,000 seasonal workers, the company has confirmed to FOX Business and FOX TV Stations. Last year, 55,000 people were hired for the holiday season.
Online shopping has boomed due to the nature of the pandemic. Many of us, including myself, have gone a bit overboard on the online shopping! Luckily for us, FedEx’s president and chief operating officer, Raj Subramaniam, has announced changes made to meet the demand. One of the changes would be “the acceleration of FedEx Ground’s seven-day a week residential delivery.”
