The California Department of Public Health announced on Tuesday (September 30) that they will start to allow all outdoor playgrounds to open to the public. However, not ever playground may reopen at once as local authorities are still entitled to the final decision of opening.
Of course, there are rules. Anyone two years or older must wear a mask, rules and park capacity must be posted, and families are being asked to limit their visits to 30 minutes per day.
