According to data collected by Johns Hopkins University, the U.S. is now reporting 57,420 new positive cases of Coronavirus for the third day in a row with over 50,000 new cases. More than 213,000 Americans have died since the start of the pandemic. This is the4 first time the U.S. has reported over 50,000 cases per day since mid-August. Experts and fact-checkers confirm that the data contradicts President Trump’s claim on Saturday that the pandemic is “disappearing.”
