San Jose Becomes First City To Pass Sweeping Gun Reforms

Tonight (Tuesday, June 29) the San Jose City Council unanimously approved new gun control measures, becoming the very first city to pass sweeping gun reforms. San Jose will consider a proposal that would require all gun owners citywide to carry liability insurance, and to pay an annual fee that would go toward supporting emergency and police services.
