The Oakland City Council approved a proposed term sheet this afternoon (Tuesday, June 20) voting for the Oakland Aâs $12 billion plan to build a waterfront ballpark and development against the teamâs wishes. However, the Aâs still remained undecided on whether to continue negotiating or walk away from the project. Aâs president Dave Kaval shared that he was disappointed the council didnât vote on the term sheet the team released in April.
