Gov Gavin Newsome has unveiled plans for his new California Gas Rebate plan. If approved, a $400 rebate would go to people with cars registered in California, 2 cars max. Car owners can receive up to $800 per car. Newsom also proposed plans to make public transformation free for a total of three months. The proposal is based on vehicle registration, not tax records, therefore there will be no income requirement for eligibility. Full details below!
