Bloggers beware, you better be able to back up your claims or you’ll get sued. That’s the case for two bloggers that Cardi B is suing after they wrote about her doing drugs and participating in prostitution.
Cardi filed a lawsuit against Latasha K with the blog “unWinewithTashaK” that posted 23 videos claiming that Cardi did drugs and that her unborn baby, Kulture, could be born with learning disabilities.
Cardi is also suing Starmarie Ebony Jones for posting a video that claimed Cardi was doing cocaine and molly and participating in prostitution. Jones even allegedly said of Cardi, "Just a Grammy-nominated prostitute running around spreading her herpes."
Both Jones and Latasha K made a video with more claims about Cardi, the rapper gave the ladies a chance to retract their statements and remove their videos but since that didn’t happen Cardi is suing for defamation.
