A Milwaukee radio station has temporarily banned Drake’s music due to the fear of the “Drake curse.”
"Drake's a big smack-talker on the basketball court," said the DJ who announced the ban ahead of the NBA’s Eastern Conference Final.
You can’t blame the station for wanting to lay off Drake’s music until after the series, Drake recently wore 76ers shorts while cheering on the Raptors in game 7 and the Philly team lost 92-90.
Drake’s record label also holds naming rights to the Raptors practice facility, it could prove tough for the station to keep Drake’s music off the air until after the series with all 25 tracks from Scorpion appearing on the Billboard Hot 100.
