Taylor Swift’s new video, “You Need To Calm Down” has racked up over 5 million views in less than seven hours and it didn’t take long for people to notice Swift once again channeled Queen B.
“You Need To Calm Down” is colorful and features a pool party in a trailer park with Taylor making herself a drink inside the trailer, all of which is very similar to Beyonce’s “Party” video.
“#YouNeedToCalmDown would be a beautiful (yet opportunistic) salute to the LGBT community if it weren’t a direct rip-off of Beyoncé’s #Party video,” tweeted @Miata_Shanay.
Some Beyhivers thought Taylor channeled BeyChella during her Billboard Music performance when she performed “ME!” with a band just like Beyonce did during Coachella in 2018.
Have you seen both videos, do you think Taylor ripped off Beyonce?
