Cut Out Junk Food, Go For a Walk, It Will Help You Live Longer

 After a hard day at work most people want to relax, watch TV and eat some junk food. But doing so can cut up to 14 years off of your life. A 30-year-study at Harvard says that by maintaining a healthy lifestyle you can keep those 14 years you might of lost. Eating better foods, going outside and going for a simple walk even just for 10 mins will help. But “The magic number is 150 minutes a week of being active when the benefits take hold,” says the American Heart Association.
