Model Gigi Hadid is being sued by a photographer for posting a photo of her ex-boyfriend Zayn Malik to her InstaStory.
A photographer by the name of Robert O'Neill has filed a lawsuit against Gigi citing copyright infringements. The photo is owned and registered to Robert.
He wants Gigi to admit that she infringed on his copyrights by posting the photo. He is also seeking damages of up to $150,000.
