These parents are fed up. Apparently this is the second time her son had come home with a knot on his head leading them to believe there is either bullying going on with the students or the teacher is being abusive. Either way, no kids should be coming home with knots on their heads so the parents have every right to be upset. How would you confront your kids teacher if they came home with a knot on their head?
