A 911 supervisor in Coral Springs, Florida is in hot water for watching Netflix instead of focusing on her job.
An investigation was launched after a woman called 911 to report a drive-by shooting that shattered her windshield. Records show a 34-minute delay before an officer was dispatched to the incident.
Investigators say the dispatch supervisor, Julie Vidaud, was watching the Hilary Swank movie I Am Mother on Netflix at the time of the botched call.
While two dispatchers were fired for their role in the incident, Vidaud is facing only a two-day suspension - and has promised not to watch any more Netflix on company time.
