Facebook is in the midst of another controversy and this time it centers around the black employees of the company.ย
The Black employees at Facebook have written an open letter accusing the tech giant of having a racist culture and getting worse for those that aren't white.ย
The letter, which was written by 12 employees, also has screenshots of racist posts on the workplace community app made by other employees.
Mark Zuckerberg has yet to comment on the letter.ย
