Update: Reports are now saying that Kobe's 13-year-old daughter Gianna Maria Onore -- aka GiGi was on board as well. They were on their way to Thousand Oaks, Ca to a basketball practice for Mamba Academy.
Not many details have emerged but TMZ has reported this morning that Kobe Bryant and others have passed away in a deadly helicopter crash right outside of his come in Calabasas, California. Reports add that there were 5 people in total on board all of whom unfortunately did not make it. Kobe's wife Vanessa nor their 4 daughters were on board. The story is still evolving however we are keeping everyone who was affected and their close ones in our thoughts. Read more details here.
