According to Robin Owens, a recent divorcee, being divorced has sparked a change in her diet, exercise habits, and physique.
"I ate my feelings," Owens said. "I never felt bad about myself at any size but I literally blinked and went up five sizes."
Before she realized it she had moved up to a size 14 and weighed 170 pounds.
After making the decision to take better care of herself and make more "me" time Robin lost the weight and even started her own meal company.
