Just 24 hours before classes were set to begin under distance learning due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the San Jose Unified School District made a last minute decision to reverse a ruling requiring all teachers to teach from their classrooms. Under the new agreement, all teachers are eligible to work from home as long as they submit a form to the district registering their decision before hand. SJUSD is the first school district in the Bay Area to offer a full school day to students who are distance learning. Read more HERE!
