If you haven't learned by now, don't believe everything you see shared on social media.
A video going around the interwebs reportedly shows a Pornhub banner appearing on CNN's "Magic Wall" during the network's Election coverage. In the soundless clip, John King is seen flicking the graphic away and shooting a dirty look towards the camera.
Unfortunately, only half of that was true. Those who watched the incident live actually saw a phone notification pop-up on the screen.
The deepfake has received at least 52,000 retweets and 88,000 likes, with one user joking, "If you've had an election for more than 3 days seek medical help," and another writing, "This election getting so stressful, CNN starting watching pornhub."
How good are you at spotting fake news on social media? What are the tell tale signs?
