A server was fired after she shared a viral video of Nebraksa Gov. Pete Ricketts at an Omaha sports bar without a mask.
On Election Day, 25-year-old Karina Montanez tweeted out a video of Gov. Ricketts with a group of maskless diners, asking "Hey, Pete, where's your mask?"
But after the video went viral, Montanez was fired for violating her employer's social media and cellphone policy.
Now Montanez, a single mother, is asking for donations to help her stay afloat while she finds a new job.
Did Montanez deserve to be fired? How should Ricketts address the situation?
